WARRANTY POLICY:  We go beyond our warranty.

  1.  All Fabulous E-Bikes and their respected individual components are considered brand new and protected against all manufacturing defects for up to 15 months after delivery of the e-bike to customer.

  2.  2 years limited warranty on all frames. If any part is defective in the manufacturing process it will be replaced free of charge.

  3.  Batteries are covered by a 1 year guarantee. Batteries must be damage free to qualify for RMA.

  4.  We remind users that batteries are sensitive to temperature and can lose up to 50% of the range in extreme weather conditions.

  5.  We do not charge to ship you any parts during the warranty period.

  6.  We try very hard to ship within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday.

  7.  We carry almost every part in stock to serve you faster. In rare cases we might need to reorder parts and delays may arise.

  8.  Videos are available to help you fix your bikes but we also offer to pay your local shop to do the work for warranty claims.

  9.  Quote at any local bike shop must be approved by Furious Ebikes first or we will not be responsible to pay the invoice.

  10.  Claims must email support@fabulousebikes.com to open up a ticket so we can track your warranty work.

  11.  You may call for advice and do the warranty claim but you must still email to get it approved. No exceptions.

  12.  Even after warranty period we often extend free of charge the warranty on minor parts and only charge you shipping.

  13.  You are responsible to show proper proof of defective part and pay to return the item if so requested for inspection where we will repair the item or replace it free of charge.

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

  1.  Fabulous E-Bikes will not warranty products or service related to accident, acts of God, modifications, incompatible replacement parts not intended for use on our bikes, commercial use, abuse, neglect, operator error, stunt and extreme riding, water damage or improper maintenance.

  2.  Consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, spokes, and cables are generally not covered under the terms of the limited warranty but may be replaced at the discretion of Fabulous E-Bikes.

  3.  Customization of the motor, gears, and controllers will void warranty claims

  4.  Normal wear and tear is not covered

  5.  Warranty is not covered for replacement products

  6.  The battery is not covered through warranty if damage is resulting from power surge, use of improper charger, poor maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear, water damage, dropped batteries or improper charging or lack there of.

  7.  Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase must be provided upon request.

  8. Upon request Fabulous E-Bikes may ask for images and or videos for warranty verification purposes

  9. A return authorization is required. Please contact customer support for assistance by email at support@fabulousebikes.com

  10. Please include your full name, ebike model, as much details of the problem with pictures if possible.

  11. While every effort is made to ensure quick processing of warranty claims Fabulous E-Bikes requires up to 30 days to process

  12.  Completion of your payment will consider you have fully accepted these terms and conditions of the sale.

DELIVERY POLICY:  Free Shipping!

Description and conditions of how we ship and what time frames.

  1.  Payments online only ship to billing address of Credit Card used. Further proof of residence might be required if there is suspicious activity.

  2.  Orders are processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and may only be cancelled free of charge if order has not shipped.

  3. For cancellation terms you may read the Cancellation Policy.

  4.  Furious Ebikes has full discretion on which carrier to use to ship your ebike. You may pay extra for special instructions.

  5.  Extra fees may or may not be charged for special delivery instructions. 

  6.  There are no guarantees on delivery times as we can not control the carrier providers schedules. Full tracking will be provided.

  7.  Adult signatures are required and are held as proof of delivery.

  8.  We don't accept instructions to leave it anywhere else. Parcel must be signed for directly from your household. 

  9.  Once the product has shipped, the order can not be cancelled and any returns fall under the Returns Policy found in the tab above.

  10.  Once your ebike is shipped out of our warehouse you are responsible to receive the parcel.

  11.  Any refused shipments will automatically face a $500 non-refundable charge to cover our shipping charges to you and back to us. (currency determined at payment)

  12.  All parcels must be received as in most cases bikes are securely wrapped and don't take damage.

  13.  If parcel is heavily damaged by the carrier, you must claim it to the driver so that they can make a report on the condition of the parcel.

  14.  In most cases they can return the parcel back to us at a later date.

  15.  Full pictures of the box must be taken for proof. 

  16.  If parcel is compromised, parts missing, and in severe condition most drivers will take parcel back right away.

  17.  We reiterate unless parcel is severely compromised it must be accepted as most times bike inside is securely wrapped and not damaged.

  18.  For any minor damages we have the right to send new pieces to replace those damaged parts.

  19. (Pictures of box must be provided and pictures of unwrapping if you feel the bike might of sustained damages are required)

  20.  For any returns you must still go through the RMA process.

  21.  For refunds of returned parcels, we follow the Refunds Policy.

  22.  Completion of your payment will consider you have fully accepted these terms and conditions of the sale.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  No charge cancellations before Shipped

  Cancellation for orders and pre-orders that have not shipped will be eligible for a full refund.

  1. All orders take up to 24 - 48 hours to process from Monday to Friday.

  2. Upon completion of processing, pickup for shipping is requested and could ship even the same day.

  3. At any point where the parcel is still in our possession, we have the ability to cancel the parcel.

  4. Any cancelled parcels that do not leave the warehouse qualify for a 100% refund, no questions asked.

  5. For a quick cancellation we advise you to call at 855-322-3245 to make sure we can stop the pickup from the designated carrier.

  6. Emails are not processed fast enough and might not stop the parcel from leaving the warehouse.

  7. Any parcel that leaves the warehouse will not qualify for a 100% refund and will fall under the terms and agreement of the Returns Policy.

  8. All pre-orders are handled the same way and can be cancelled anytime. If you choose to re-order a pre-order you will lose your priority.

  9. No refunds are processed in the first 10 days of ordering as we must get cleared by your credit card companies first as well.

  10. Our processing of refunds can take from 3-5 days on our side as we need to clear it through accounting.

  11. The credit card companies also can take from 3 to 10 days to credit your account as well and we have no control over this delay as it is not on our end.

  12. Email confirmations are sent as soon as we process so make sure you have given us your correct email.

  13. In case your credit card companies have charged you any surcharges, we are not responsible for those charges and we suggest you call your credit card company to resolve

RETURN POLICY:  14 Day, 25 miles max - Return Guaranteed

  A customer may return their ebike within 14 days of receipt, on the following terms and conditions:

  1. Upon receiving the ebike parcel from the carrier service (UPS, FexEX, Purolator, palette delivery etc...) You have 14 days from that date to try your ebike and decide if you would like to keep it or return it for a refund. (conditions apply, read Returns Policy)

  2. You may only ride a limited distance of no more than 22 miles or 30km's.  The bike's odometer reading on the LCD display must be recorded in a picture to validate the distance.  The picture must be emailed to us at support@fabulousebikes.com

  3. Returned bikes must be free from wear, tear, dust and dirt in " like new " condition. Fabulous E-Bikes reserves the right to assess fees for bikes that are returned dirty or in poor condition.

  4. The bike must not have been customized unless explicitly approved by Fabulous E-Bikes.

  5. A return authorization (RMA) is absolutely required. Please contact customer support for assistance by email at support@fabulousebikes.com

  6. Returns over 14 days or over 22 miles / 30km's are at the sole discretion of Fabulous E-Bikes to decide if its returnable and/or to charge extra fees.

  7. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client in case he wishes to return the product for any reason other than the bike is damaged or defective which is determined by us only. (video proof and pictures are required).

  8. Be aware that shipping charges can be as low as $150 to as high as $500 with your local shipping agent. We can always try to arrange lower shipping charges for you as we get better rates. All return shipping charges through us must be paid separately and up front.

  9. Opened boxes will be charged a 15% restocking fee which can be waved if you decide to switch it for another ebike.  In this case we will even pay the delivery of the new bike but you must pay the return shipping regardless.

  10.  The bike must be returned with its box and all original packaging. If the packing has been lost or discarded, it is the customer's responsibility to purchase bike appropriate packaging. Fabulous E-Bikes reserves the right to refuse the package if the bike is not returned in its original packaging or properly protected.

  11. Every ebike returned will be carefully inspected for damage or change of parts before issuing a refund.  If ebike has been tampered with fraudulently we will return it at your own expense.

  12.  For refund and information please read the Refund Policy.

  13. Please be very certain of your purchase as we don't like to see a valued customer lose money this way. We will do everything to help you reduce any charges as every customer is valuable to us.

REFUND POLICY:  Must complete RMA application

Take special note that refunds will only be made after the Ebike is received and inspected by Fabulous Ebikes.​​

  1.  All refunds must be processed through an RMA application. Without an RMA application and approval, no refunds will be issued.

  2.  To obtain a RMA application you must email support@fabulousebikes.com with Request RMA application in the subject field.

  3. Please put your name and bike you purchased along with the reason of the RMA request. 

  4. You may also call 855-322-3245 to speak to a live representative but you will still need to create an email with the RMA request.

  5.  Refunds can take from 3 to 5 days on our side and an addition 3 to 10 days by the credit card company to show up on your statement.

  6.  We can't control the delay at the credit card company issuing your refund.

  7.  No refunds will be issued before our merchandise is returned to us for inspection.

  8.  As mentioned in the Return Policy, we don't cover return shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee. 

  9.  Restocking fee can be waved if you purchase a different bike.

  10.  Pre-Orders can always be cancelled for no charge and processing can be done from 3 to 5 business days.

  11.  No refunds can be processed in the first 10 days of purchase as we must wait for the credit card companies to process your payment to us first.

  12. We are not responsible to refund extra charges your credit card companies charged you. Example for rate exchange or Foreign fees.

  13.  Completion of your payment will consider you have fully accepted these terms and conditions of the sale.

PRIVACY POLICY:  We respect your information

  We at Furious Ebikes respect your information and have done everything to protect it:

  1. A full list of our privacy policies will be populated by September 1st, 2024.

  2. Currently we have all authorization and permissions requests active to protect your information, including cookies, marketing data and newsletters when you go to check out.

  3. We do not collect or keep any credit card information as it is collected by third party companies that have their own privacy policies.

  4. We don't ask for your credit card information over the phone, by email, text or any other means.

  5. All payment requests get transferred to the third party programs at check out.
